In the early 1960s, Bob Baker and his partner Alton Wood founded a marionette theater, establishing what has become the longest-running children's company in Los Angeles. Baker still operates the nostalgia-steeped playhouse, mentoring young puppeteers and performing regularly. The Downtown-adjacent institution transforms into a barn-burning day at the farm for its newest show, Something to Crow About.
