 Pig Butchering For those curious how a pig becomes a pork chop, join us for a snout to tail butchering demonstration with The Meat Hook's Tom Mylan. Tom will walk you through the process of butchering a pig, introducing you to some uncommon cuts and answering all your meat-related inquiries. You'll also get to try some of our house-made sausages, and receive a $20 credit to The Meat Hook. This will be a demonstration with ample time for questions but will not be hands-on.
